Keeping kids fit and active now a days is a task if you can get in between their devices! This program offers 2 variations for your little athletes. I work with children as young as 3 up to 16, whether keeping them active, getting in shape or improving their performance and skill level in their particular sport, i dedicate the same time and effort if not more to ensure the success of all children and youth i get the pleasure of working with.
